Pat Murphy

Pat Murphy has spent the past eighteen years producing, coaching and mentoring retail teams. Although he has worked most of his career in automotive retail, it hasn’t, and never will be about “cars and trucks.” What it has been about is the challenge and satisfaction of helping people with all types of backgrounds to realize their potential.

Pat’s assignments with Bridgestone Firestone and TBC Corporation has offered him the opportunity to work in and  become familiar with many markets across the county. From his hometown of Philadelphia, to Boston, Arizona, Dallas, New Mexico, Florida and Sounthern California. Each market has presented its own unique set of challenges, but at the end of the day, it always came down to three things: people, process and execution.

Pat has spent the past seven years supporting Independent Tire & Service Dealers all across the Western US.

Gary Chavez

Gary has been in the Professional Employer (PEO) industry for over 13 years, after leaving the political world as a Policy Analyst for the City Council of Albuquerque. He and his wife, Karen, moved to Phoenix and started Professional Employer Solutions (PES), a full service employee administration company that allowed business owners to shift their employee-related liabilities and responsibilities (payroll, employee benefits, Workers’ Compensation, performance management) to them, allowing owners the time and energy to focus on the profit-making side of the business. After growing the business to a strong regional presence, they merged with a large, national provider and took on a contract with the acquiring company. Gary has stayed in the industry since, helping local companies interested in expansion and growth.

As a Business Performance Advisor for Insperity since October of 2010, Gary has all of the tools to provide and truly help businesses run better, grow faster and make more money. When he is not pursuing his passion to help business owners, he and Karen enjoy their 4 children, volunteering in their many activities.
